Position Summary: |
Customer Service Relations deal directly with our customers. Candidates in this position are responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support from project inception through project completion. This is a great entry level opportunity for the right candidate to grow with Architectural Cast Stone as we expand our product lines coast-to-coast. Candidate must be able to multitask, exhibit strong communication skills, be eager to learn, have desire to work and collaborate with others, be organized, dependable, have excellent problem solving skills and must have an unfailing positive approach in resolving customer related issues.
