Position Summary:

Architectural Cast Stone is looking for a conventional and enterprising (CE) candidate to work in our accounting department. This is an opportunity to receive valuable experience as ACS expands product lines and opens new locations nationwide. In this exciting position you will lend a hand in driving revenues as we reshape the architectural landscape within the industry throughout Chicago, New York and other key cities.

  • Assist in monthly AR billing and unbilled calculations under supervision of bookkeeper

  • Track all fixed assets and depreciation

  • Assist in month and year-end close under supervisor of CFO

  • Process weekly payroll in coordination with HR Manager

  • Provide back-up for customer service as needed

  • Assist in ERP implementation and payroll conversion

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Skills:

  • Degree or Verifiable Equivalent Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel

Compensation:

$ 38,000.00 D.O.E.
